Our artisan cakes are baked from scratch, at home with finest ingredients. All cakes contain dairy, gluten & cow's milk. Some cakes contain nuts. As a result, we cannot provide cakes from a nut free kitchen and do not provide any allergen free/vegan cakes, whilst we are trialling new Vegan and Gluten free bakes.... watch this space!

All cakes will be covered in Belgian chocolate ganache prior to being iced in professional sugarpaste. Our preferred choice of professional sugarpaste "may contain hazelnuts & almonds".

and one layer of luxury Jaffa Orange curd

Belgian white chocolate sponge, filled with three layers of Belgian white chocolate buttercream & Tiptree Raspberry conserve

Sticky toffee sponge laced with chopped medjool dates and filled with three layers of salted caramel sauce & salted caramel buttercream

Zesty lemon sponge drizzled with lemon & elderflower syrup, filled with three layers of lemon buttercream & luxury lemon curd

Almond sponge laced with Amaretto soaked cherries, filled with three layers of Tiptree Morello cherry conserve & almond buttercream

~ CARIBBEAN COCONUT~

Coconut sponge,  drizzled with coconut rum syrup filled with three layers of passionfruit conserve & zesty lime buttercream

 

~ TRADITIONAL MATURE FRUIT CAKE ~

Cherry brandy soaked fruit cake with sultanas, raisins, currents, glace cherries, cranberries & chopped almonds matured

& fed with cherry brandy for two months
